Return Policy

At Printsastra.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy outlines the steps for returning items.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Non-Customized Products: Must be returned in unused and original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: Items that arrive damaged or contain manufacturing defects.
  • Incorrect Orders: Products that differ from your order (e.g., wrong item, size, or design).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized Products: Personalized items with user-submitted designs, text, or images unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Used or Altered Products: Items that show signs of use, wear, or have been altered by the customer.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.

3. Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we cannot accept returns.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

    • Provide your order number, details about the item(s), and the reason for the return.
  2. Await Confirmation:
    • Our team will review your request and provide approval if the return is eligible.
    • Approved returns will include instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  3. Ship the Item:
    • Return the product to:
      Print Sastra Pvt. Ltd.
      Katunje, Suryabinayak Municipality-5, Bhaktapur, Nepal.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us.

5. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

6. Refunds for Returns

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • Approved returns will either:
    • Be exchanged for a replacement.
    • Qualify for a refund, which will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the same return process and specify that you’d prefer an exchange.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will prioritize resolving such issues with a replacement or refund.
